Inside HAOHA Production Base

Raw Materials Processing
Your water heater starts from raw materials processing, we have built steel processing bases to handle the strict quality control from the raw materials.
Auto-Welding
We use customized oil-free steel plates and fully automated welding robots to ensure our consistent quality.
860℃ Enameling
Our imported enamel powder is applied using a wet enamel process and sintered at 860℃. This fuses the steel and glass into a corrosion-resistant layer.
Assembly Line
Tanks are insulated with high-density polyurethane foam for maximum heat retention. External casings are assembled with precision to ensure a premium quality suitable for global market.
Testing Lab
Every batch is tested in our laboratory. We perform salt spray testing, pulse fatigue testing (300k cycles), and extreme temperature simulation to guarantee global compliance.
Packaging & Shipping
After the rigorous inspections on every stage, we package your water heaters or water tanks utilizing the customizable package boxes. Then we ship products to your expected receiving points on time and safely.
