What is a Hot Water Storage Tank
A hot water storage tank is an insulated container used in HVAC, solar and heat pump hot water systems, specifically designed for storing hot water, maintaining long-term heat preservation insulation and buffering water supply.
It is a specialized hot water storage device comprising a glass-lined water tank, insulation layer, outer casing, inlet and outlet ports, circulation port and temperature sensor port, and is available in both pressurized and non-pressurized versions.
Using a glass-lined water tank provides better corrosion resistance.
The standard hot storage water tank is made of 2.0 mm-thick steel plates, offering excellent pressure resistance.
The thick polyurethane insulation layer provides excellent heat retention performance.
Compatible with multiple heat sources, allowing simultaneous connection to solar systems, heat pumps, and electric heating.
Commonly used in homes, villas, homestays, and large-scale projects.
Large capacity, suitable for centralized hot water supply with high water demand.
Customized Option for Your Hot Water Storage Tank
Haoha’s hot water storage tanks offer a wide range of customization options, including capacity, color of the color-coated steel sheet, end cover color, glass-lined tank head, pipe diameter, pipe directions and packaging method.
The capacity of the hot water storage tanks ranges from 20 L to 2,000 L. Furthermore, small trial orders for the color-coated steel sheets are available in existing colors such as white, grey, black and silver.
Packaging options include bubble wrap, cardboard boxes with foam padding, cardboard boxes with wooden pallets, and honeycomb panels, all of which effectively prevent the water storage tanks from being knocked or damaged during transit.
Customers can also choose whether to equip the tank with an electric heating element and thermostat.
If you have any other customization requirements, please feel free to contact our engineers, who are available 24 hours a day to create a hot water storage tank solution just for you.

Materials We Use For All Your Hot Water Storage Tanks
The outer casing of the hot water storage tank is made of galvanized color-coated steel sheet, which is aesthetically pleasing and resistant to fading, offering excellent rust resistance, high impact resistance and minimal deformation.
The insulation material is high-density polyurethane foam, providing excellent heat preservation performance with the water temperature dropping by less than 3°C within 24 hours.
The inner tank is glass-lined, using enamel powder imported from Turkey, which ensures strong adhesion and resistance to chipping, whilst also providing superior corrosion resistance.
It is also fitted with a copper temperature and pressure relief valve that automatically drains water and releases pressure in the event of excessive temperature or pressure, thereby helping to prevent the tank from bulging or rupturing.
We are committed to quality and have carefully selected materials for your hot water storage tank to ensure its insulation performance and durability.
