We manufacture pressurized buffer tanks ranging from 40L to 500L for residential use, and large commercial buffer tanks up to 2000L.

Standard products: 2-4 weeks; Customized products: 6-8 weeks after sample approval.

Yes. For our distributors, we offer training on installation, troubleshooting, and repair.

We typically work on FOB (Free On Board) Qingdao, Guangzhou, or Shenzhen. We can also handle CIF or CFR to your destination port. DDP is available for select countries.

This depends on the model. For example, a 4HQ container can fit approx. 220 units of 100L electric water heaters. We provide detailed loading plans to maximize space.

Yes. We allow mixing 3-4 different model in a single container to help you manage inventory.

For CIF orders, we purchase insurance. If damage occurs, we assist with the claim. For manufacturing defects found upon arrival, we compensate with free replacements in the next orders.

Please send photos/videos of the defect and the serial number to our support email. We will analyze the issue and arrange for spare parts or compensation.

We offer a 3-year warranty. For quality issues, we can send replacements and ship them with your next order.
