Laser Cutting & Rolling
Precision is very important at every step. Our advanced automated laser cutting system processes BTS steel plates with accuracy up to 0.01 mm, ensuring enameled & stainless steel water tanks consistent quality. The precisely cut plates are then rolled into perfectly formed cylinders.
Robotic Welding
The seam is usually the weak point. Not with us! Haoha factories equip multiple welding robots to create a seam that is even stronger than the original steel plate. Absolutely, we also strictly control the quality made by robots.
The Sintering Furnace
The inner water tanks enter our massive continuous furnace. At 860℃, the steel glows red hot, and the enamel powder melts into a liquid glass, fusing permanently to the metal. After cooling, the steel is left with a seamless glass-lined coating that stands up to years of heat, pressure, and corrosion.
Assembly & Testing
High-pressure foaming for insulation, followed by 100% functional testing and random destructive testing before packaging. Once delivered, the products are ready for sale in your market, supported by our reliable after-sales service.
