Environmentally Friendly & Low Energy Consumption
The evacuated tube solar water heater product primarily utilizes solar energy for heating, offering a renewable and eco-friendly solution. For hot water at higher temperatures, electric heating can be selected as an auxiliary option. The dual-energy hybrid heating system delivers rapid heating with minimal electricity consumption, low energy usage, and quiet operation.

Custom Materials for Your Evacuated Tube Solar Water Heater
For this evacuated tube solar water heater product, we offer stainless steel and enameled steel as materials for the inner tank. At the same time, the outer shell is available in color-coated steel or stainless steel. Three tube types are provided: vacuum tubes for internal media flow, metal tubes for internal media flow, and standard glass tubes for internal water flow. You may select materials based on your requirements, and we provide customized solutions.
Medium vs Water

The tubes in evacuated tube solar water heaters, using a heat transfer medium, do not come into direct contact with tap water. This prevents contamination of the water supply from scale buildup or corrosion within the tubes. Furthermore, the medium has a low freezing point (typically below -30°C), eliminating the risk of freezing and cracking. This design makes it suitable for both warm and cold regions.
The tubes of the water circulating in the evacuated tube solar water heater come into direct contact with tap water. When winter temperatures drop below freezing, residual water inside the pipes can freeze, causing the pipes to rupture. This design is only suitable for warm regions and is not recommended for cold climates.
We offer two variants of this product, equipped with electric heating or a model without electric heating. Just let us know which one fits your needs best.
The medium in the evacuated tube is a heat transfer fluid that absorbs solar energy and transfers heat to the water in the tank.
If you order a large quantity of tubes, we can supply them directly to you. For smaller batches, they can only be shipped along with your evacuated tube solar water heater ordered products.
