High-Efficiency, High-Standard Manufacturing Capabilities
Haoha now has 12 manufacturing sites across China & Morocco. The buffer tanks are produced at all production bases according to strict production processes and standards. Allocation of production orders is done flexibly between the plants to avoid a backlog of orders in any one plant and deliver in an orderly and efficient manner without compromising the quality of their products.

Your Reliable Buffer Tank Manufacturer
Haoha is the best choice of a company that produces hot water heaters and hot water storage tank in China. Our plant has several fully automated enameled inner tanks and stainless steel outer shell production lines and assembly. With fully developed manufacturing methods and techniques used worldwide, including CNC punching, automated welding equipment, etc., we can attain high-efficiency, high-quality production throughout the workflow raw material cutting and inner tank enamel sintering to automatic welding equipment assembly of buffer tanks.
Having 12 years of manufacturing experience in the production of water heaters, Haoha exploits its extensive structure of production networks inside the main and branch plants to create a buffer tank-type of manufacturing system that leads the industry. This helps the company provide consistent and dependable solutions in the form of OEM/ODM to the customers worldwide.

Strict Quality Control For All Your Water Tanks
The quality of inspection is tolerated throughout the production of the buffer tanks: The raw materials are imported in the form of food-grade enamel powder and 304/316 stainless steel, which are used in the manufacturing of the tank. They can only be used in the production of the buffer tanks after being analyzed and tested to ensure they are compliant in matter. The processes of production have real-time monitoring of the temperature of sintering of enamel and welding quality. Every buffer tank is tested under high pressure of hydrostatic pressure and thermal insulation performance to ensure that the pressure, corrosion, and heat retention are in accordance with the domestic and global standards, including GB, EN, and ASTM.

Customized Option For All Your Buffer Tanks
Different client needs of buffer tank hot water systems have diverse requirements for the capacity, and we provide fully customizable capacity for different client needs, starting with 50 L up to 500 L. The inner tank materials can be supported using enameled steel, stainless steel, and the outer casings can either be color-coated steel or stainless steel. We not only accommodate changes in parameters like the connection size of the pipes, insulation thickness, the thickness of the enamel coating, the size of the magnesium anodes, and the ratings of the electric heating power. Our overall service provision includes the designing of the buffer tank, mold production up to mass contract production, so that the clients are able to react to the market needs quickly and precisely.
Applications of Buffer Tanks

Buffer tanks are mainly used together with the hot water systems to hold the hot water, which is useful in cases of poor weather since there will be continuous obtainable hot water, thus minimizing the chances of the occurrence of frost forming in the low temperature places.

We offer a three year warranty. During this period, we will conduct online inspections for any issues that arise to ensure your product functions properly. Should any quality problems occur, we will provide you with a brand-new replacement. Furthermore, should you encounter any difficulties during use, we will do our best to assist you in resolving them.
Certainly, the buffer tanks incorporate a thickened insulation layer during manufacture, enabling stable operation in cold regions.
Certainly, the buffer tank is available in multiple sizes, with a maximum diameter of DN80, capable of accommodating high-flow heating systems.
In areas with poorer water quality, the enamel thickness of the buffer tank can be increased, and the magnesium rods can be replaced with larger-sized ones, which can mitigate corrosion issues to a certain extent.
